I am an avid TurboTax User, been using it for over 20+yrs. It has always provided PLATINUM support! I actually have TurboTax file dating back to 1994.

Download vs online chaos

I paid for the download to desktop and found it easier online, but realized I had to do on desktop as I paid for that service and would have been double charged if did online... I would have liked the program to work together as one with information transfer.
I realize now that I paid extra on my 2023 return due to this same error.
I would like to cancel out my current duplicate online return since I already sent e-file through. I haven't found that simple answer or cancel button in TurboTax Deluxe yet.
