I used the guide me (follow the yellow brick road) & it was very easy to understand each level of the info I had to provide for my tax return. If I had any questions concerning any regulation - it was right at my finger tips. Also I had the turbo tax community available if I did not understand the regulation. Overall it was a super experience again this year. PS - If possible in next year's software could you make the small print darker for us old customers - thank you.

Great software for the simple tax filer

The software is great (most of the time). If you don't have any extra forms it's amazing. I will say that the database of questions helps. They really need to work on the hiccups when filing a 1099-NEC because that was confusing as all get out and then to fill in the questions is a nightmare because you really don't know what to do or what code to enter or address to enter. I would be nice if when its fixing errors it went to the form and showed you a snapshot of the form so you know what it was related to. If you are filing foreign transactions just go to an accountant. However, for the average person it's a good software. I haven't actually tried any other software so I don't know if this is better or worse than the others.

Makes doing Taxes Easy

TurboTax is always my go-to to get my taxes done. Everything is simple and easy to understand. And when I may not quite understand the section, there is always a handy explanation.
