TurboTax is excellent

TurboTax Deluxe is an excellent and easy to use by just about anyone. My only negative comment is that I don't remember a $40.00 processing fee in all the roughly 25 years I have used TurboTax.

It was pretty easy to use this program. The only thing I was confused about was my E file for Federal was supposed to be free. I was prompted to pay $40.00 to e file my federal tax forms.

No Longer Dependable

Turbo Tax has become less and less dependable each year I have used it. This year it said I could flag pages and come back later but instead I was stuck in a loop and had to restart the program. Then it printed out estimated payment forms for 2025 even though I had a refund coming and have taxes taken out of my payments. These errors have me concerned that there may be additional errors I didn't notice and my taxes may not be calculated correctly.
