I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years now and have found it to always being self explanatory. It asks all the right questions to get me the largest refund. I have used one of your online experts about a tax law and they gave me the correct answer.

Gold Standard!

The TurboTax software is just the gold standard. I have used it for 20 years and while it is not always problem free when it comes to downloads or other minor technical issues. There is no better guidance for do it yourself preparers. I have tried and used other sites and software and none are as user friendly and have the wealth of explanation and assistance.
