Good Product Until Printing

All went well until time to print the returns. It looks like it is trying then nothing. Never had that issue before. I printed an email to make sure the computer was communicating with the printer. It worked. Now I don't have a copy of my returns!

Turbo Cliche

I want to e-file my state taxes but there is a cliche in the program. It won't let me file without changing the info yet it won't let me change the issue. I have already paid the filing fee, yet I cannot use it.

excellent . just a minor item. when asking for individual's state drivers license info, and you know they're living in NC, why not have NC come up as the first option when selecting state .??
