Turbo tax was easy to use, but I don't know why the returns have not been accepted by federal and state offices. Taxes were filed on 12/22 and as of today (12/26) they have not been accepted.

Not being available on disk is one star down. Flaw in not accepting PIN received from IRS is another. After the IRS rejects the download the help me fix it block does not take me to the error that needs attention, another lost star.
