Turbo Tax is a pain!

My return got rejected because I didn't put my IP PIN on it. Then when I entered it I found out I have to mail my returns in. This is a real inconvenience! Just to add a IP PIN I should be able to e-file my taxes.

This app is confusing. Added to the confusion is the password, cloud requirements and the double entry in most places. As an old time Quicken user who quit upon the subscription requirement, I am stating this is the last year to use Turbo Tax. You have complicated my easy tax return process.
