Turbo Tax Needs to improve their State Software

The underpayment penalty was difficult to figure out. It couldn't account for small income over 11 months and then an IRA withdrawal make a large income, for 1 month. Software "averaged" the income and showed that I underpaid my taxes for the entire 12 months. I bought my Turbo Tax early, so I could estimate my tax due BEFORE Dec 31. Software was not usable until mid January!! State Software update happened in late Jan. Should have been a WARNING on the software: NON-USABLE until Jan 15!!!

Turbo Tax is accurate.

Turbo Tax is pretty easy to use. The one issue I had this year was the software errored and would not load. After much searching of the Intuit user comments, we found a solution that worked to correct the problem.
