Turbo Tax expert was awesome!

I have used Turbo Tax for years and this is the first time I was stumped on how to complete State tax having withdrawn funds from an IRA. The Expert assigned to me was definitely a 5 out of 5 stars. She was professional, quick to find an answer and wonderful personality. Will continue to use Turbo Tax in the years to come.

Several bugs need to be worked out

I have used Turbo Tax for about 30 years. This year I could not load the updates. I found a way to work around them and completed my taxes but I had to very carefully check to see if the correct data was entered. Several times the procedure at hand would repeat after I pressed the continue button. There were several b ugs in the software that I have never seen in an Intuit product before. Getting in touch with a support person was a 10 minute search but once I was able to talk the technician, Ms. Camille was very helpful.

I filed my state as always and fee is stated as $20. Where did $5 in additional fees come from. I know the states tax rate is not that high.

Good Software but needs some work.

I have been using TurboTax for years and overall, it is a good product. I do not like having to pay extra for things like e-filing state taxes or getting help. I also think the cost for additional state filing should be around $10-15. There needs to be more comprehensions help on the forms.

Have used for several years. This year I had a problem printing. Called Turbo Tax for help. They told me I needed acrobat to have forms print properly. Helped me download it and it printed correctly. Taxes filed.
