Turbo Tax WAS awesome but it was missing something

Turbo tax was fine. It got confused on my RMD but my FA cleared that up for me. I am, however, very upset that the version i bought and had to download because there is no cd, did NOT come with the state tax add on. I had to buy it. In all the years I've been using Turbo Tax, the state tax return ALWAYS came with that package. It included one free state return. I didnt know i had to buy it until i tried to do the state return. I kinda feel blind sided by that. And thats why you only get 3 stars...

Turbo tax does not allow payment by credit card and the customer support is rediculous.

Easy to use and great check to insure the return is correct.
Just wish it would not only tell you the fed and state excepted your return but the date it released your refund as well.
