Why was State not included in the Deluxe Package like it has been since I started TurboTax in the 1990's. Not happy with this and may seek alternatives next year.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 years. I like that it imports information from previous years tax return. I then just go to the areas I need to update with current years return and then electronically file it.

Fix WA state filing

It was very confusing dealing with a state return for Washington. I have never had to file one before and I paid no taxes to them, so I am seeking no return. I was not doing EITC on Federal form so why would I seek Washington WFTC credit? I was stuck in a loop and decided to ignore it and just send federal return. Do I actually have to mail them a return for zero refund?

Difficult to navigate this years version.

Great talking to you help center they helped me a lot. However the transfer of information from last years tax return to this years return was sub par from my previous Turbo Tax programs. The navigation to find errors was not user friendly.

A big problem

Confuson caused me to start the program a second time. This caused the first to disappear. The second start would not "save". After several hours talking with one of your representatives trying to solve the problem it was discovered the the title in the upper left corner was deleted and replaced with "untitled". Another hour and the help of another representative, the program would work after removing the spaces from the proper label to TurboTax2024.
