more kludgy than last year. not as user friendly. why the individual boxes or INT, DIVs, etc. Not needed. just confusing. RMD section not as user friendly either.

In 2023, you were able to import all of my data from financial institutions. Made things much simpler.

Turbo Tax was and still is the easiest program.

We have used Turbo Tax for our tax return submission since 2003. The software guides you through the process and is very easy to add your information. It stops and reviews a few times in each section to make sure that there are no errors, and that you have not forgotten to include important information. I have enjoyed having the disc to load onto my pc all these years and am disappointed that the only process available now is by downloading the software from the site or purchasing the download from retail as a download.

Software woes but representatives were great

The representatives that we spoke to 3 different times were all very good at their jobs. Our complaint was mainly with the software. We had to uninstall it twice and reinstall it the first 2 times we called. The 3rd time the software wasn't working properly but your representative got it working without having to uninstall and reinstall the software. The 3 representatives we talked with were Daniela, April and Christopher. We were impressed with their professionalism and the fact that they each stayed with us until all issues were resolved.

Turbo Tax Can't be Beat

Very easy to use. Program walks you through every step. Even if you make an error it is easy to fix or delete. Moved to a different state in first quarter of year. Very easy to do both states filing. It will be even easier next year.

Turbotax is good! Unfortunately when filing my returns the initial screen says the fee for filing my state electronically is $20, but when you move forward and actually pay the fee they charge you $25. I don't like that and think they should clean that up as soon as possible. If that had not happened I would have rated the software 5 stars

Old reliable

Used Turbo Tax again this year because that's what I've done since 1998, and I'd rather not learn a new system. It took my sister a couple of years to get used to her new system when she switched to a less expensive old standard.
