Turbo Tax used to be awesome, now not so much

Taxes get more confusing each year. Retirement and investment incomes more complicated than w-2's for sure. This product makes it easier because calculations are done for you.

TurboTax not as good as it used to be

I had lots of trouble installing TurboTax on my computer this year because you no longer sell the CD at stores. I had to call your customer service twice to finally successfully install and use the software. I was on the phone with customer service a total of about 3 hours. I don't know if I will use TurboTax next year because it was too difficult to install. The software itself was okay to use, but did ask some questions that were hard to understand.

TURBO TAX IS SUCH AN EXCELLENT SOFTWARE PACKAGE. I HAVE USED IT FOR YEARS AND HAS NEVER LET ME DOWN. SO GOOD!

too hard to get answers to questions in a timely fashion. I note that as you promote pay for help you give less and less help in the current TurboTax. Been with you forever but I tink it is time to move on.
