A couple glitches this year in the program

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years now and never have had any issues with the program or forms. However, this year was the first year I had to use the downloaded version vs. the disc. I have to say I ran into many Glitches along the way, and it did take me longer to file my taxes this year. Not sure if it was something in the program I purchased, but I have heard friends mention the same problems. I have filed now so I am done using Turbo Tax for this year.

Credit Card input could be easier

Have always used turbo tax. Good program, but paying for Audit, Live Advice, State Fee requires inputting credit card info 3 separate times. could be easier

Turbo tax is sometimes a bit confusing but works

I had one slight problem where my wife was listed as a PIAA official rather than myself as i declared my officiating revenues and i needed help from the technician at turbo tax whom had me delete the 1099 and the schd 1 then reenter the details properly so that it showed me as the person whom earned these fees .
