"Free" state return no Free

Everything was great until filing. I purchased TurboTax Deluxe with a "FREE" state return, only to find out there was a $25 charge for E-Filing the state return and a $40 charge for a refund. I've been using TurboTax for 16 years, but will consider other brands of software in the future.

Everything is easy to understand. I was a little Leary since you did away with the cd but the download worked just as good. We had some different situations this year with retiring and starting social security, and moving retirements, the wife did some consultant work for her former employee but Turbo Tax guided us right thru it with no issues or difficult situations.

Mostly great software. Wish we could print screen at certain places during filling in forms but we can't.
