Turbo Tax was easy to use as always.

Turbo Tax software was great as usual. The upload of the software took about thirty minutes. Previous years disks only took about ten minutes to load on my desktop computer.
It would have been helpful if the package had stated that "The download may take longer than the previous disk versions".

As always, taxes filed again!

Ended great, started bad. For some reason, when you go from Federal to state filing, the software wants to save a copy of your taxes and update the software. When it did that, it just sat there and didn't update. I ended the session. Then when I went back in, it wanted to charge me again. Luckily I saved the original filing and finished in a half hour.

You assume that all people over 65 years old, has. their Federal Taxes taken out of their checks. I make quarterly payments and Turbo tax, never asked me questions on tax payments I sent during the year. I had to phone for assistance to find out answer.

Turbotax and Intuit Validate that Its me SUCKS...

Unfortunately, your process of validating my identity is too complex. It took me over 30 minutes to get through your process to validate that it was me signing into my account. I use YubiKey to validate my identity. Your process timed me out maybe five times when all I wanted was to use my credit card to pay and sign out. Why can't you get your payment process done together? How many bicycles, fire hydrants, and crosswalk nonsense will you put me through when I have Yuikeys? That should be enough. Perfect that process, why don't you? Come on... Get on the program.

Overall pleased with Turbo Tax but did not like the new Dividend and Interest input method. Last year's method was more direct and intuitive.
