TurboTax was a failure this year.

I have used TurboTax for many years without problems. This year was VERY different. TurboTax failed to correctly move information from a 1099 to my state return, so it was rejected, making it necessary to file it by mail. Also I got very tired of the spinning ball when I tried to print. The program stopped responding every time I tried. Finally found a work around using Preview. This printing problem needs to resolved. I am sure there are other programs my family and I could use next year.

TT used to be better but it is still ok

No interaction this year but last year had trouble with my log-in and spent many hours on the phone to get nowhere. Help desk with not pass you throw to someone with more knowledge.
