Product is ok EXCEPT as an advantage member my State return filings are supposed to be $20 and you keep charging me $25!

i like/used turbotax for a number of years

i have used turbotax for a njmber of years; it is easy to use, straightforward with the question/answer format. Grtanted, my returns are fairly simple; we don't have a second home, a businss to deal with of other uncommon tax situations. But i think turborax would preoably cover those situations fairly well, too. if i did have questions about a particualar tax question, they have a spot where i can get a better explanation and a place where i could go to the irs documentation if i wanted further clarification.

Software BUG

There is a problem with the message ""State ID must be 9 characters long". The state of VIRGINIA is 8 characters long. I cannot file my return because of this error.

Turbo Tax needs to make some changes to software

Turbo Tax will not allow you to go back and edit an entry after a certain point. This caused me a lot of grief and made it so I couldn't e-file my state taxes.
