Disaster of a program with poor UI, opaque connection between entry and forms, and poor handling of some tax situations like non-NY resident forms

no printer function

could not print file to paper printer or to PDF.
now what do I do?
Mac mini with Ventura.13.7.4 on Firefox
prints other stuff - just not TT
turned printer off/on but cannot turn off computer or I'll lose my entry

Still buggy on ID Pin

This has been my worst experience with TT in all the years I have used it. The six-digit pin feature did not work properly--same thing as last year. It did not request all my income data; so I had to manually go to the input.
I have worked with computers all my life and began doing my taxes on MacIntax before TurboTax bought it out; so I am not speaking from ignorance or lack of experience.

not sure why I had to jump thru hoops to use my license code and still not sure if the 10$ credit applied to my MO state taxes. Definitely not using TurboTax again.
