Easy to Use, Payment Method Unreliable

Generally easy to work through the forms and enter information. However, every year for at least the past 5 years, we struggle to get the software to accept payment for e-filing state returns. Trying multiple cards doesn't always resolve it. This year we saw a thread indicating to enter 123 Main Street for the address. Ironically, this worked, even though the software indicates the billing and mailing address should be the same. I wish this would get resolved at some point in time.

Watch the $45 at the end!

Everything went well until Turbotax tried to con me out of $45 for Premium Services to efile. I've been using Turbotax for over 20 years. This tactic is not good for your business. Very short-sighted approach. I'm sure it helps your bottom line for the short-term, but opens the door to competitors.
