I almost went to H&R Block and was willing to pay

glitches in the soft ware. wrong county. difficulty in paying. Made changes that made things less user friendly

Unable to e-file

Very disappointed that we were unable to e-file, even though our AGI was entered correctly. Will we get a credit for the state filing fee?
