Love Turbo Tax, but one minor charging issue

Always use Turbo Tax. I purchase every year and download product.
One issue, Turbo Tax in the product as I was getting ready to file said I would be charged $20 for filing Colorado State taxes... then when I had to pay, it charged me $25. I paid this $25 amount, but I did NOT get the discount promised in Turbo Tax product as I was getting ready to file.

Been using TTax since the 80's when their interface looked like Lotus spreadsheets, and they had preprinted forms to run through the dot-matrix printer. Haven't missed a year yet.

I've been using TurboTax for years now and it's always been a breeze with the cd, however this time without the cd I found it to be a little more complicated with the download because the instructions originally took me to a general page on the web and I had to find what I was supposed to download. I spent 2hrs and 15 minutes doing my taxes to find out that I was doing it online when that is not what I wanted to do because I had bought the Keycode license. Long story short I had to back out of that and start all over, maybe next time be a little more descriptive of what I needed to do
