Glitch in Reporting RMD

This year it took 2 or 3 weeks to get a fix for an RMD error in the downloaded program so it delayed my filing and caused me to request a product refund. Fortunately, the correction to the program was made before the refund went through.

Instructions for IP PIN entry are incorrect,

This review would have been 5 stars BUT my return was rejected because of an IP PIN error. The problem is that the PIN received from the IRS was 6 digits and the T Tax software only accepts 5 digits. The T Tax help tool instructed us to select our own PINs. We did so and e-filed at that point. Within a few hours, the IRS rejected our return. Going back to refile, the T Tax instructions us to a screen that accepted the six digits provided by the IRS. We have now refiled and expect it to be accepted. CLEARLY, the T Tax software must be updated to accept the 6 digit PIN without having to go through a rejection first.
