Program was easy to use but canont print out forms

Turbo tax was easy to use but not I can not print out the finished forms my records or back up for me for easy use. This really is not good for your product. May have to choose different tax program for next year.

Maybe you could put into the instructions at the beginning of the entries that the user be SURE to make an entry on every point so that I would not have to go back and redo so much because I forgot that this was something that had to be done.
When going through a check list maybe return the cursor to the area that the user came from so as not to have to scroll down from the beginning each time.
Maybe have your very elderly grandparents test out the program and see how they do.

After searching for years...THE ONLY ONE i'LL USE

If you have all your tax forms from your employers, banks, etc.Turbo Tax is the easiest, STRESS-FREE way to file! They walk you through every possible scenario, and make it easy to understand, then the double check before you hit the send button.
And at any point when you have had enough you can save your work, walk away and pick it up again when your blood stops boiling at the IRS.
