Turbotax has a hangup this year

Have always used TT -- first time this year program hung up about half way through --- finally talked to someone on the phone who suggested changing browsers --- did that, TT website was no help --- finally bypassed hangup and was able to finish -----

I always use turbo tax to file my returns. It is very easy to complete the forms. I have never had any problems with turbo tax or the IRS

As usual, TurboTax was super easy. A couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon and my federal and state taxes are done! I've been using them for years now and never had a problem.

would have rated 5 stars but its very aggravating when you live in a state where you're not required to file taxes but your program keeps trying to get me to file a state return and/or pay for states.
