IS getting very cumbersome

I've been using TT for over 20 years. I found this year to be more cumbersome with creating an account in intuit and at certain points the software would lock me out and I could not recover my password. This product has been on the market for a long time, some changes for ease of navigation should be improved. Example, the navigation buttons should be on top and not the bottom as you have to scroll down a lot sometimes to get to the navigation buttons. That is just one example of making it more user friendly
Unnecessary changes. I will probably be reviewing other products

TurboTax disappointed

This is my second run with TurboTax for my 2024 return. The first version was apparently corrupted by an update. I went from a 600 refund to owing 8000. On the rerun the 600 was correct.

TurboTax, what went wrong?

Using TurboTax for years has made filing my returns a snap. This year however, the info downloaded from my investment company was incomplete, leaving me with a lot of work. Printing out all the data on my investments revealed that ALL of the information was there.It just didn’t transfer into Turbotax as it had in years past. So, not a snap this time.

Investment Summary is inefficient

Don't like the summary for 1099's. For example, it's difficult to tell what 1099 is being mentioned when there's a $0 value showing as the only line for the form when there are other line items with amounts. Makes editing and verifying difficult from the summary.
