Turbo tax is okay

Normal Turbo tax return. I have simple joint filing return with nothing special. However to choose to apply refund to next years federal and state clumsy as they are in different places. If refund you should ask whether to apply to next year instead of searching where to do this. Also make printing files to pdf more transparent so you don't get unnecessary paper file.

Kudos with caviats

I've relied on Turbo Tax for over fifteen years, and find it easy to use. My only reason for four stars is I object to not having a CD version. I don't like the download process because I don't want the software on my computer. I want it on a separate storage device (which I purchased) so that no access to personal information is available on my computer except the shortcut to Turbo Tax.
Another issue is that I had a problem submitting my payment. We cancelled the card we used last time because it had been compromised. I was unable to locate any opportunity to add another card or delete the former card and re-enter the new card information. At this point I'm unable to e-file because of this, and very disappointed in Turbo Tax.

Turbotax is very helpful

I had help a few times, First loading the License code for Intuit Turbotax Deluxe and helping me get it loaded on my computer and some help loading the information needed. After I finished entering all needed parts I had a problem filing and today I had help today filing with a small problem that was not wrong. thank you very much.

Usually use the disc, but since it wasn't available this year, I looked at the reviews. They weren't too good. Easy to set up and easy to use.
