I have used tobo tax for better then 40 years and have never had any problems up until this year and will never use your system ever agin

Turbotax good until printing

The program for doing taxes is very easy and logical. The printing options could use improvement. It is not easy to select just the tax pages you want to print using a front to back printer without having to stop and start printing multiple times. If you print the entire file the non-filing tax forms print on the tax form sheets.

Good tax filing product

it's an easy and economical way to file your tax returns using TurboTax. I have used for it for more than 10 years. It's much cheaper and more convenient than going to any CPAs for tax filings.

poor product this year

never had so many issues in the past as I had with this years product. bring back the disk. I think it charged me for e-sending but then told me i had to mail. It kept sending me in circles and i had repeat forms several times. What used to take a couple hours took me 10 hrs this year for a very simple return!

Schedule C difficulties

Most of it is just fine and I am used to it. Had trouble filling out info what becomes Schedule C. I thought I was describing what my particular job had been and this turned it into a new business with an entire new set of questions. then it was asking me repeatedly about my business mileage info, and i was scared to death it was making the same deduction five times. It would be very helpful to keep the what business I was answering questions for, because I ended up answering wrongly and putting the expenses in the wrong place, then had to enter them again properly, and then return and delete them where they had been entered wrongly. I don't remember this difficulty in previous years but it was miserable this year and added an hour or two to the preparation of my return.

You can't beat it, this is the best software to use. It is so easy to follow and the checker to see if you missed any thing will catch something if you missed it.
Would recommend this to everyone.
