If I had another choice, I would probably use it. I had all my income entered, saved the file, and went away for a couple days. I came back and the file was still open. I saved the file again and closed and re-opened TurboTax to get updates, and my file was gone! It still showed up in my recently accessed files, but it wasn't there anymore. Also, when you get ready to file, they'll try to ding you for $40 if you use their "refund processing service" to pay for any outstanding fees. When I saw that and backed out of that process and chose to pay with my credit card, they jacked up the price from $20 to $25. Crooks!
