Straight forward

Pretty much easy to use. When I need to ask a question, I can call for support with a live person. Personally, I would rather talk to a real person other than an automated response. I had an issue, but Angela M. helped me out and solved my issues.

First time in 30 years TT got harder to use

For the first time I remember in 30 years of using the program, it got harder to use. A number of times I landed in areas where it was not clear how to get out or why it was there. Trying to print out the a copy for my records went away for a long time and then ended up doing nothing. Repeated this several times. All in all it got the job done but it felt like a step backwards.

Unable to Pay with Credit Card without signing up for Audit Defense
Pay with Credit Card is $5.00 higher than the previous screen states. Is this a credit card user charge. If it is it is TOO high
Also entering 1099-INTs is a nightmare

Maybe not for old people

Turbo Tax gets a little harder to use each year and is getting complicated with little things it insists upon. I could not get it e filed without the help of call with one of your representatives. He on the other hand was knowledgeable patient and helpful. Thank you to him!
