Back end issues

Did not provide discount of $20 rather than paying $25 for state filing. Not able to use a credit card with a January expiration date. Chose not to enroll in 0$ defense service because I have never been audited but I was required to complete defense audit enrollment form in order to proceed with filing my return. These back-end issues are the reason for my 23 star rating.

CT STATE RETURN COULD NOT BE FILED BECAUSE OF MISSING FORMS. I WAS TOLD BY EMAIL IT WAS READY BUT AFTER UPDATE I STILL COULD NOT FILE STATE RETURN

TurboTax has lost me as a user

This is the second year in a row that TurboTax has caused me extreme stress. And it's not because my taxes are complex. I should not have to spend HOURS researching and figuring out work arounds after paying $50 for the software. It gets more glitchy every year. Last year and this (2023 & 2024 tax years), I got white screens every time I would click "Update" or "View All " in the INT and DIV Income section. I finally had to open the forms and key the data directly them. If I wanted to do that, I wouldn't buy software! I am in fact going to stop buying TurboTax software after using it for at least 12 years and probably even longer, but I don't want to exaggerate. Too bad it's not as reliable and easy as it was in the "old days."

Navigation needs to be improved-too much clicking

Navigation could be much better. Eliminate some of the clicking.

Turbo tax did't ask about a 1095-A

it is easy to use Turbo Tax. The only problem I had was the taxes were rejected because of a 1095-A that wasn't included. I did n't receive a 1095-A but the tax program did not ask me about that form.
