It is fairly easy to use TurboTax. Most information is carried over year after year. I was supposed to be charged $20 for advance filing but I was still charged $25. That was disappointing.

I thoroughly appreciate how TurboTax simplifies filing my taxes. I always use the step-by-step process so I don't miss anything. I also find the year to year tracking very helpful. It reminds me of what I have done in the past by showing me data from the prior year.

Turbo Tax bug infestation

The turbo tax software had too many bugs in it this year. It was difficult to navigate because the next button was either missing or mis-aligned which made it difficult to see or select.
