2024 tax return

Turbotax make easy the income tax return. However it would be almost perfect if it would be less US centric especially for the telephone numbers when you live abroad.

Turbo Tax Deluxe calculated my refund to be $995. I checked "where's my refund" and IRS has calculated $1,217. I have been over my numbers three times and don't see where I have entered anything incorrectly. The difference must be in the Turbo Tax calculation of the taxable portion of my social security versus the IRS formula. Please advise me accordingly. Thank you.

Disappointing

Worst Turbo Tax I have ever had. Did not include state retirement exemption in list of exemptions/qualified plans. Explanations and directions were not clear and ended up being confusing. Better off filling in the form independently and ignoring the step-by-step guide. I had to cancel paying voluntary estimated state tax because I chose the "pay on website" option and it wouldn't e-file my return unless I cancelled the state estimated taxes. Very disappointed in Turbo Tax. All you had to do is modify last year's app.

TurboTax no longer works on my Mac OS

Your product no longer works with my operating system on my Mac. I had to use another computer to use it. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I doubt that I will be using Turbotax next year!
