I had a problem dowloading the software. When I went to nstall it on my PC the link took me to a page with other turbotax links & other tax preparers. You should have a direct link to install a previously purchased turbo tax software. I like the cd better.
The program itself is really good.
I had a problem priting. The full widh of the pages did not print. That is a problem with my printer or your programming. I don't know which.

App is awesome, login procedure could be better

I give the app 5 stars. However, I dropped the overall rating to a 4 because it was very confusing to get started. I logged into the Turbo Tax website and it did not have any of my account info. So I had to login to the Intuit website and then select Turbo Tax to get to my account. That was not clear to me beforehand.

Great Walkthroughs (one issue)

Process was very good, though there was an issue with a field being pre-populated with a 0 that locked my review in a loop until I did some research. Fortunately the support board has the way to resolve the issue listed. (Though it was a post from last year, so I don't know why it is still a problem. TT?)

I have used your software for years, but I feel it gets more confusing each year. It would be helpful to have a more robust chat function that can answer more questions.

I have used Turbo Tax for decades and this is the first time I have ever had difficultly entering information. I used the interview option and the new format for entering 1099 information is very confusing and not as intuitive as prior products. I don't like sorting through a list of icon to find the correct location to enter data. Very cumbersome. I hope you plan to go back to the previous format.
I also prefer to have a CD rather than a download so I hope to will consider offing this format again.
I have always recommended this product but after using it this year, I am not so willing to do that. If improvement aren't made, I may look for other options.
