will not transmit!

cannot file Mass taxes cannot find anywhere to do updates. turbo tax hs taken payment for file but iy will not transmit

Very good, easy to use

I've used TurboTax for 20+ years and have always found it nearly flawless. Very simple to use and guided me through everything quite painlessly.
This year, in the section where it was importing documents from my investment house, it got in a "loop" where it just kept importing the same document over-and-over. If I hadn't noticed, it would have cost me a great deal of money!

Easy to use and understand. Good explanations of tax rules. Electronic filing easy. Good electronic copies for my records. I have used TurboTax for over 25 years. Highly recommend.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

I've used TurboTax for many years. The product is easy to install and use. I do miss the jingle that used to play when TurboTax started....

Great program, one suggestion

I have used the system for many years, always easy and efficient. I do have a suggestion though. Please have an option to save a PDF copy of the return without the full social security number. Mask the number on the copy option.

Not user friendly

Some of the fields ask for the same information more than once, but my biggest complaint are the inability to identify each form for review or printing. It's all or nothing. I would have loved to be able to review my Medical Deductions form only, or my States Spousal income, etc etc.
Also, shortly after filing my returns, I noticed that I missed a field under deductions and tried to cancel the submission, but couldn't. It's my understanding from my Tax Consultant that some. softwares allow a 24 hour retraction of the submission to fix a mistake, whereas I had to do an amended return, even though I caught my mistake within 1 hour.
I'll probably switch softwares next year.

TurboTax went well

The experience with TurboTax went well by going through each income and deduction section, not by picking my own sections. The challenge usually is all the questions about specific and detailed topics that usually never occur within an Individual Income Tax. Could there be one or two of those specific detailed topics that does apply this year? Don't know.
