CAN NOT PRINT BEFORE FILING!

I've been using this for YEARS and had no issues until now! At the end before finalizing, the PRINT RETURNS option did NOT print. I tried troubleshooting. This is a software issue. A TON of other people are having issues with this. Please fix ASAP!

First time user. Previous years I'd used a CPA and when my now deceased wife had her own business. My taxes are now fairly straight forward so rather than paying a CPA , I opted to doing them myself. And in doing so, I saved quite a bit of money. It couldn't have been an easier process. I'm a 100% satisfied customer.

The Adobe Reader App didnt work on print preview. I had to use Adobe Acrobat to print returns. Did anyone else have this problem? On the Michigan returns you need to ask about box 6 or "Does 2/3 of your income come from seafaring?" You dont ask and I have to override the answer to this question and it comes to a battle at the end for final review. I have mentioned this before. You are forgetting to ask this question.
