TurboTax a Challenge for a Novice

Sorry guys, too complicated for me. I did finally get the program to agree to print, but it looks like my printer doesn't like TurboTax for the first time. Have used the program for many years. Didn't have trouble until this year.

Turbo Tax needs to be more transparent with fees.

When you are given the choice of how to pay for transmission of the state return, it should be clearly noted of the $45 fee from having it deducted from the Fed return. You need to go a couple steps more to find out the $45 fee. You then need to back up and pay with CC to avoid the $45 fee.

I was having my taxe because of the AGI was rejecing my filing. The person took me through the IRS log step by step and showed me how to view my previous tawes and get all my information. He stayed with me the whole time until the error was fixed and resubmited my tax forms. He went out of his way to help
