I find the Deluxe Turbo Tax product rather convenient and fairly easy to use. I appreciate your offer to consult with a Turbo Tax expert, but I didn't feel I needed to request help.

Filing fee issue

A fee of $20 advertised to e-file the free state return was charged as a $25 fee to my credit card. Someone owes me $5.

Print won't work. Nag ware annoying.

Software print function does not work. I want to print hard copy of tax returns before I E-file, but it just flat out does not print. Too many attempts to upsell me. I want to pay a fair price for the tax return software and not be constantly interrupted for upselling.

Did it all myself, as usual. No issues as long as you have all necessary documents. I have been using it for many years (15? More?) and the product keeps getting better.
