Turbo Tax HITS A SNAG!

Hit a snag at the end and couldn't pay with a credit card for my California state efile. Had to call 2x to fins a rep to help me.

State Filing Fee is Shameful

Easy, but I hate that I have to pay a fee for filing my state electronically. To top it off, the program was showing a $5 discount for it, but TT still charged me the full $25.

Now I've reached a point where I just take standard deductions, so this year was a breeze. But I have used TurboTax for years and have always been satisfied with the presentation and results.

Problems occurred: 1) Pages were sometimes too large to fit on my screen and “Continue” or “Back” (which were at bottom of page, couldn’t be seen.) Had to adjust screen resolution on my computer to continue.
2) In the middle of entry, I realized I had entered info on the wrong line. I tried a cut and paste and the program froze up. I had to exit and return and then re-enter data.
