Recommend you add a tutorial into your state product that will assist military retirees with processing their state tax exemption (Schedule P). I lost a lot of money over the years and almost stopped using your product for this reason. A CPA brought this to my attention and your tech team validated my actions after paying for something that I had to bring to their attention. Addressing this would be most appreciated.

Credit Card Fees too much!

Charging almost 3% for taxes due is a slap in the face. I paid more in credit card fees than I paid for the software.

Good and trustworthy product

I've been using TurboTax for a long time (since the 90s) and will continue to do so. However, it is seeming that the questions posed in some cases are very confusing and not as easily understood by laymen. I know the tax codes are getting more and more difficult, but we use this product to help cut down on the jargon used from the tax code. It would be great to see the guidance through dealing with tax filing simplified for everyone. Like it used to be.

Product and user experience issues abound

TurboTax does not effectively handle foreign addresses on 1099-DIV imported forms. Additionally, when you import, it duplicates carry-over items when then have to be manually deleted. Your QA and user experience teams need to do a better job testing prior to release.
