I have been using TurboTax for 8 years. It is easy to use. I spent approximately 4 hours filling out information as called for. No problems encountered.

Turbo Tax was quick and easy

I filled out my information. When I saw I was going to have to pay, I contacted a representative for help with my filing status. We corrected my status and now getting a refund. I contacted a representative again before filing to review my return.
