Wishing for a couple of improvements

Please reconsider making TurboTax Deluxe available on a disc for next year and beyond. So much easier to work with on a disc and no need to deal with download speeds and hiccups. Also, please make it easier to find the place on the form to enter PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES FOR CARS. TurboTax should be able to word the category very simply to point users to the right spot...always a scavenger hunt.

Very difficult to do initial log in

Signing in to Turbotax was a horrendous experience! Asking me to use a QR code is unacceptable - I do not have an I Phone. Intuit must give me another way to easily identify myself if I am to use your products in the future.

Newer isn't always better

previous versions of TurboTax allowed you to search within the program and jump to the issue. The AI help was useless most times. Additionally, the Arizona state tax form 321 for QCD's was not part of the program and I had to download it from the state government site and fill it out.
