Good overall product

I've used this product for many years. The new stuff added this year is confusing - particularly the RMD stuff. It was not clear how to enter the RMD information if you have several IRAs, but took all of the RMD from one account.

Turbotax Launch Problems

After six tries/downloads on three different computers I was FINALLY able to get Turbotax to launch and prepare our taxes. This year's product did not function to my expectations. When I tried to launch the product, every time I kept getting the error message "We're sorry but we need to close TurboTax" immediately after trying to launch the product, and I completed the email/error message and sent it every time with no response. I did get helpful service when calling the toll-free number, but they could not get it to launch either. This was intolerable and totally frustrating!

Easy to use. As long as you have all required statements on hand takes less than 3hrs for moderately complex return.

We have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years. Turbo Tax is easy to use and is intuitive in leading me through the process. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
