MISCALCULATED MY TAXES

I experienced program BUG for first time I've used Turbotax in 20+ years. Failed to properly calculate my taxes. Showed incorrect REFUND instead of TAX OWED, error was > $3000. I had to delete the Schedule B completely, and re-import my documents. It wasn't linking up the DIV and INT schedule B forms correctly. They were THERE but they werent passing through to the 1040 correctly. EPIC FAIL this year. I am glad I didn't trust your calculations and Triple checked everything.

The input changes from last year are terrible. Your attempt to require download from institutions ia fine if I had the required way to use it.

Needs a safeguard in place

I would normally score higher, but I think a safeguard needs in place. I mistakenly wrote a child's birth year as 1919, rather than 2019. Like 60 years older than dad resulting in an incorrect return that needed to be amended. The program should have caught something like that.
