Loyal Customer will be switching

I have used Turbo Tax since 2013. Due to increased cost and marketing, I will be switching to less expensive program next year that has been recommended by a previous friend that also used Turbo Tax and switched. The State portion seems way to high and the marketing this year was really annoying to purchase Expert Advice. I thought it used to be free.
I also wasn't able to change an entry where I initially indicated that I wanted my State refund applied to next year's taxes, despite going back through and re-entering numbers.

TurboTax does not work properly

I completed the federal and state forms and saved to form before closing. Now when I try to go back and edit an area where I found a problem, I cannot get to that form--the page I select comes up blank. I have closed the app and reopened it and go the same result. The app does not work correctly!!

Easy to use, particularly if you are comfortable with preparing your own returns and understand income, expenses, etc. Should be easy for beginners as well.
