E-file Rejected in ERROR!

My 2023 Efiling for the Federal 1040 and the Arizona State filing was rejected IN ERROR. It stated the spouse social security number shows me as DECEASED!! Obviously, this is an error as SSA show me as alive and well and receiving my SS checks monthly and my Medicare is not declined as I have had 2 surgeries recently. How can I reverse this with Intuit and Turbotax? I had to mail in my2023 Tax return and I have received my refund without any problem. I cannot download my 2024 Turbotax tax returm to work on because of this error because the program shows that I failed to E-file my 2023 tax return.

Absolutely hate the IVR phone tree when you call customer service.
