User Since 2013 - Great Product

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2013 and don't see myself using anything else. During years 2020 - 2022 I ran a small home business and used the Home and Business editions. Since then I uses the Deluxe Edition as I no longer run a home business. During all this time I've never had an audit and I've always been thoroughly guided to capture all my authorized deductions.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Great tool but digital download not user friendly

I had a very difficult time figuring out how to download a digital auto-renewal purchase, as I have always been sent CD software. That was my main struggle. Otherwise I maneuvered through the software easily. I e-filed the state forms for the first time. I was offered a $5 discount to $20, but was still charged $25 to e-file my state forms.
