The first person I spoke with was not very helpful or understandable, promised a call back that never happened. I called back and got a very courteous and knowledgeable person who was determined to solve my issue and did so satisfactorily.

I would rather have used Turbo Tax like it was last year, I had some trouble figuring out where to enter my 1099R's. It did ask for the different types of income types as it had in the past. Not a fan of this format.
