Turbo Tax is getting harder to use!

I hate that nearly everytime I work on Turbo Tax, it requires an update that takes at least 4 minutes, even though I used it the day before. I hate that i cannot update when i choose. I hate that one can only download it online, and that the CD has been eliminated.

Service is Glitchy

Forgetting your password puts one in a loop that is irretrievable. The "use a photo of your W-2" only uploaded some of the fields. Others were blank or wrong. It was easier to manually enter the info. And I was unable to print my returns - I got an error even after restarting the computer and reopening the file - create a pdf and print from there. And trying the TurboTax Help Center gave me a non-ending scrolling design and never logged on - to ask why I couldn't print. Not very user-friendly outside of the actual program.

Turbo Tax Is poor

Turbo Tax use to be a very good program, but all of the recent changes after being acquired by Intuit has taken it from a 4+ rating to a 1- rating.

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 10 years and I wouldn't use any other product. I have an accounting minor and this is so easy to use.
