Same old, reliable Turbo Tax!

The hardest part about using Turbo Tax is electronically downloading it. I'm old, and old school, so THIS year in 2025, I didn't have an option to buy a DISC. I had to learn. BUT, once I did, it was the same old, reliable product that I have been using for about 15 years. I'll never change!

Not quite as user friendly this year...

I've used TT for years. First time I've had issues with it. The basics are the same, but I couldn't find answers as easily. Instructions on the CA page regarding differing taxable amounts for Fed and State were ambiguous, because there is no reference to such an animal on the 1099R form.

Turbo Tax continues to simplify the filing of the Federal and State Tax Returns. Logical explanations of the data entries needed to document Income received and deductible expenditures allow each person to easily complete the tax returns.

Even though I purchased the 'Deluxe' version with live assistance, the easy to follow instructions allowed me to complete my taxes on my own. Great product! Customer for life!

Love the fact Turbo Tax put me at ease when I file myself. No need for a fussy CPA Tax Preparer and over the top dollar figure for what I have is small and I always got hit with the long form which was cheating me because I don't have much to file except my job, car registration, and a student loan information go figure! Thank you Turbo Tax you're better than that Green Guy H.R who tries stealing us away in commercials LoL!
